1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

Booking Required: Advanced booking is essential. Please mention your voucher when making a reservation.

Redemption: Present this voucher upon arrival. It is valid for one person’s Artisan Carvery Lunch at the Artisan Restaurant, available Sundays from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Exclusions: This voucher is not valid for special event carveries such as Mother's Day, Bonfire Night, Christmas, etc., and cannot be used in conjunction with any carvery promotions.

One-Time Use: The voucher is for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full.

Subject to Availability: Dining is subject to availability and may not be available during peak times.

Non-Transferable: This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exclusions: This voucher does not cover beverages, gratuities, or any additional items not included in the carvery lunch.
